DO YOU CHARGE SHIPPING?

DOMESTIC

FREE SHIPPING to approved accounts in Emergency Service and Law Enforcement on orders $249+. For orders outside of these markets or under the $249 threshold, actual shipping will be calculated and applied at checkout.

* Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: A flat rate of $24.95 will be added to each order. In the event that shipping costs exceed that, we will be in touch to discuss additional options.

* Horizon does not ship internationally at this time

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?

We take great pride in our Same-Day-Shipping commitment. If you place an order by 4:00pm (ET), Monday-Friday, N-FRI, you can expect it to be on the way that day. In the rare event a product is back-ordered, we will be in contact immediately to discuss order details and mitigate the inconvenience however possible.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We ship from our warehouse outside of Lexington, Kentucky and offer all UPS services. Please refer to the map above to determine delivery time to your location via standard UPS ground service. Estimated delivery dates are also provided at checkout.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Absolutely. We offer all UPS service speeds to our customers upon request. Actual charges for rush services will be applied to your invoice. If you need your order in a hurry, please contact Customer Support at: 877.721.5510

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Products in unused, resalable condition are eligible for Return or Exchange within 30 days of receipt.

* Masks and Respirators are not eligible for return *

RETURNS

Products in unused and resalable condition are eligible for return for any reason within 30 days of receipt.

Sale items & discounted products will be refunded in the amount of the purchase price. HMP will always cover return shipping costs on damaged, defective or incorrect items. For misordered items or errors outside of HMP's control, the customer will assume responsibility and cost of the return.

Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of refund eligibility and status. When approved, refunds will be processed in no more than 2 business days and a credit automatically applied to your credit card, original method of payment or account. Please see the tab below for more information on refunds.

EXCHANGES

Products in unused and resalable condition are eligible for exchange within 30 days of receipt.

Damaged, defective or mis-picked items will be replaced and shipped at our cost. When an exchange is necessary due to mis-order or errors outside of HMPs control, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

REFUND INFORMATION

If you have not received an expected refund, please double check with your bank / credit card company as refunds may take up five (5) business days before being officially posted. If your refund has not been credited to your account after 5 business days.
