WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP / BE DELIVERED?
We take great pride in our Same-Day-Shipping commitment. If you place an order by 4:00pm MON-FRI, you can expect it to be on the way that day. In the rare event a product is back-ordered, we will ship all in-stock items and contact you immediately with a delivery ETA for the balance.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We ship via UPS ground from out warehouse outside of Lexington, Kentucky. Please refer to the map above to determine to determine the UPS ground service transit (days) to your location. Estimated delivery dates are also be provided at checkout.
DO YOU CHARGE SHIPPING?
Domestic: FREE SHIPPING to the contiguous United States (Lower 48) on orders $249+. For orders below that threshold, actual shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and assumed by the customer.
*NOTE* Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: A flat rate of $24.95 will be added to each order. In the event that shipping costs exceed that, you will be advised promptly!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Products in unused, resalable condition are eligible for Return or Exchange within 30 days of receipt.
Products in unused and resalable condition are eligible for return for any reason within 30 days of receipt.
Sale items & discounted products will be refunded in the amount of the purchase price. HMP will always cover return shipping costs on damaged, defective or incorrect items. For misordered items or errors outside of HMP's control, the customer will assume responsibility and cost of the return.
Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of refund eligibility and status. When approved, refunds will be processed in no more than 2 business days and a credit automatically applied to your credit card, original method of payment or account. Please see the tab below for more information on refunds.

Damaged, defective or mis-picked items will be replaced and shipped at our cost. When an exchange is necessary due to mis-order or errors outside of HMPs control, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
If you have not received an expected refund, please double check with your bank / credit card company as refunds may take up five (5) business days before being officially posted. If your refund has not been credited to your account after 5 business days.
