RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

ALL PPE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING MASKS, RESPIRATORS, DISINFECTANT WIPES AND TEST KITS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

RETURNS

Products in unused and resalable condition are eligible for return for any reason within 30 days of receipt.

Sale items & discounted products will be refunded in the amount of the purchase price. HMP will always cover return shipping costs on damaged, defective or incorrect items. For misordered items or errors outside of HMP's control, the customer will assume responsibility and cost of the return.

Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of refund eligibility and status. When approved, refunds will be processed in no more than 2 business days and a credit automatically applied to your credit card, original method of payment or account. Please see the tab below for more information on refunds.

EXCHANGES

Products in unused and resalable condition are eligible for exchange within 30 days of receipt.

Damaged, defective or mis-picked items will be replaced and shipped at our cost. When an exchange is necessary due to mis-order or errors outside of HMPs control, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

REFUND INFORMATION

If you have not received an expected refund, please double check with your bank / credit card company as refunds may take up five (5) business days before being officially posted.

 

If your refund has not been credited to your account after 5 business days, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via the contacts information below.

NOTE: Horizon does not ship internationally at this time.

DELIVERY TIME

We make a Same-Day-Shipping commitment to our customers, regardless of the carrier or service you choose. If you place an order by 3:00pm EST Mon-Fri, you can expect that it will be en route that day! In the rare event of a delay or backorder, an HMP team member will be in contact immediately to communicate the ETA and any partial/expedited shipment options.
